What Are Stocks ISAs?

Stocks ISAs is just another name for stocks and shares ISAs. Basically instead of the money you put into stocks ISAs just sitting in a bank or building society and gaining interest the money is invested in stocks and shares instead.

Stocks ISAs offer you a chance to make more money than you would with cash ISAs particularly in the current climate where interest rates are very high. With stocks ISAs there is a slight risk that you will lose money and some of your capital may be lost. This is because the value of the stocks and shares, in which your stocks ISAs funds are invested in, can go down in value as well as up.
